Description: Hike Camp Sinawa with the tree guy Jeff Edgar! Jeff knows the routes well and will take us on a one hour hike no the beautiful trail system at Camp Sinawa. All hikes leave promptly at the start time. Check your email and the facebook page in case of inclement weather. Wear warm, water resistant boots. Ski poles and walking sticks are optional. Description: Ben Stock will guide you on a vigorours hike on the Goodwin Road Trails - Yellow Birch, Black Cherry, and possibly Coneflower. Woodland Dunes is located at 3000 Hawthorne Ave, Two Rivers. Take Memorial Drive to Woodland Drive (just south of Aurora Doctors Clinic) and head west to Goodwin Rd. Go to the end of Goodwin (it's a dead end) to locate the Woodland Dunes Trillium Trail, Black Cherry Trail and Yellow Birch Trails. Park along the road. Carpooling is strongly recommended. Boots are also a good idea depending on the weather. Led by Ben Stock, past Lean on the Lakeshore winner!

Complete a full Ironman triathlon in 30 days! Download the tracking sheet for distances required. Free use of M-TR YMCA or HFM Wellness Center during this challenge! Simply stop in at the front desk of either facility and let them know you’re completing your mileage for Lean on the Lakeshore. Then you have full use both facilities! Complete your mileage by midnight March 25 and hand it in to the front desk at either facility NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS WEDNESDAY MARCH 27 so we have time to order your Ironman Prize for you to pick up at the finale Saturday, April 13.
