This year’s theme is Know Your Numbers. We will be focusing on the numbers behind fitness and why knowing them is important to your health.

We want you to have overall health, not just a healthy weight. We want you to under the difference between good and bad cholesterol and how to read those numbers on your blood work. We want you to be able to read a food label and know what benefits you’re getting from the food you eat. We have developed several program classes focused on numbers, how to read them, and why they are so important to you.
